A Letter to You
If you've found your way to this blog, this is for you.
To the woman in perimenopause or menopause who found her way here —
I see you.
I see the woman who has done everything right — followed the plans, read the books, tried the programs — and still stands here wondering why nothing has stuck. Why her body feels unfamiliar. Why the life she has built somehow doesn't fit the way it used to.
I want you to know something: that is not a failure. That is an invitation.
You may have come here because of the sleep, the energy, the weight, the habits you keep starting and stopping, the feeling of being disconnected from yourself. And those things are real, and they matter, and we will tend to them.
But what I have learned — what I know — is that the thing that brings a woman to this work is rarely the whole story. Underneath it are layers. History. Identity. The years spent putting yourself last. The quiet beliefs about what you deserve, what is possible, what your body is capable of. The exhaustion of trying to change from the outside in.
The information was never the missing piece. You were.
What you need is not another plan. What you need is a space where all of you is welcome. Where the goal isn't to fix you but to help you find your way back to yourself. To the inner knowing that has always been there, waiting beneath the noise of hormonal shifts, hot flashes, brain fog, and a hundred well-meaning opinions about what this season of life is supposed to look like.
This is what we do together at Pi Nourish.
We move through the layers — the external noise of wellness culture, the internal noise of self-doubt, the patterns that have kept you stuck — and we begin to uncover what was always there beneath it: your own wisdom. Your own truth. Your own understanding of what your body needs and what your life can hold.
I am not here to give you my answers. I am here to guide you towards self-trust and help you find yours. And then to help you trust them enough to keep returning to them — long after our work together ends.
Wholeness is your birthright.
Equilibrium is your birthright.
Feeling at home in yourself is your birthright.
I am honored to walk alongside you.
With warmth,
Chelsea
